Exhibitors and Sponsors house a wonderful opportunity to widen the purpose and world-view of conference participants. You launch your services and provide an immersive opportunity for the participants to “see themselves” in the services you offer! April 7-9, 2026 is your chance to work your magic! The MS LPN Association will host their annual Convention on April 8,9, 2026 at the Silver Star Hotel and Casino in Philadelphia, MS. We anticipate hosting approximately 1100 Practical Nursing Students and Instuctors. Join us as we connect people to resources through scholarship and networking!

Exhibitor/Sponsor Registration

This form allows for potential exhibitors and/or sponsors to register for the MSLPN Association 2026 "Boots on the Ground" Convention to be held on April 8-9, 2026 at Silver Star Casino and Resort in Philadelphia, MS. We anticipate a diverse audience with versatile roles to grant a well-rounded audience ready to hear about your organizations and what you offer! Vendor/exhibitor registration fee is $200. Vendors will set up April 7, 2026 at 3pm and will remain thru April 9, 2025 at 1pm. Register today! Space will be limited!

Exhibitors will be assigned a table, two chairs, two exhibitor meal passes (box lunch, water from Levy restaurant), networking time, online listing post conference. No outside food or drinks may be brought on campus.

Sponsorship Opportunities

Convention Bag Donation: Each participant will receive a convention bag at registration.

This option will allow more visibility of your business by providing each participant with either a business card or small swag item advertising your business. You will be responsible for providing the card/item that you would like placed in the bags along with the payment.

Host a Refreshment Station/Nourishment Experience

The MS Gulf Coast Convention Center does not allow outside food or drinks; all food is sourced through Levy Restaurants. Therefore, a refreshment station will offer substances for the participants outside of the scheduled meal). We will include a banner indicating the sponsorship of the station.

Sponsor a Competition

(students will participate in a response competition where a patient situation requires a professional response. There will be a first, second, and third place winner). A team will consist of 2 students; therefore, six individuals will be named champion communicators!

Empower a Nurse

(The Nurse in Need program offers a message of hope through gifting an LPN with gift cards to assist in everyday expenses while working).

Be A Platinum Sponsor

A platinum sponsor is one who aids in the general upkeep of the convention by providing monetary support for holistic functioning. This sponsor will receive the following benefits: (1) Sponsorship and organization details announced on stage during general session. (2) Platinum Sponsorship designation on the mslpn.org webpage (3) Platinum Sponsorship designation on all mslpna social media networks. (4) 5 minutes to address the audience on the general stage-- if desired (5) automatic business card entry in the convention bags

Price

Sponsorship or support is a versatile word. The MSLPNA would never desire to limit your opportunity to support our LPNs and PN stakeholders in the state of Mississippi and surrounding areas.
